Our approach to every matter
Every engagement with Moradok Law begins in the same place: with a conversation. We do not assume we understand your situation before you have described it. What you tell us in that first conversation shapes everything that follows — the advice we offer, the service level we recommend, and the timeline we suggest.
We issue a written engagement letter before any work begins. It sets out what we will do, what we will not do, and what it will cost. Nothing is left to inference. If the scope of work changes at any point, we raise that with you before proceeding — never after the fact.
Our working style is deliberate rather than hurried. Estate matters are rarely improved by speed, and they are often made worse by it. We keep clients informed at each stage and explain the reasoning behind each step. Clients who understand what is happening are better positioned to make the decisions that only they can make.
We work in English and Thai equally. Documents can be prepared in either language or both. For clients based outside Thailand, we conduct consultations by video call and handle the formalities of representation and power of attorney as smoothly as we can.
